Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Cultural Welcome

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a relaxed city orientation or a lakeside walk along Lake Victoria.

Day 2: Entebbe → Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary → Murchison Falls National Park

Drive north with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for on-foot rhino tracking, Uganda’s only place to see rhinos in the wild. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park and settle into your lodge.

Day 3: Murchison Falls Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari

Morning game drive across the northern plains—home to elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions, and antelopes. In the afternoon, cruise the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls for close-up wildlife and birdlife viewing, followed by a short hike to the Top of the Falls.

Day 4: Murchison Falls → Queen Elizabeth National Park

Travel south through changing landscapes into Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to your lodge.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth – Game Drive & Kazinga Channel

Early morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains for predators and plains game. Afternoon Kazinga Channel boat safari—one of Africa’s densest wildlife corridors—featuring hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and prolific birdlife.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth → Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Drive south (option to pass through Ishasha for tree-climbing lions) to Bwindi’s rainforest highlands. Arrive and relax in preparation for gorilla trekking.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking & Batwa Cultural Experience

Morning briefing, then enter the forest for gorilla trekking—an intimate hour with a habituated family. In the afternoon, enjoy a Batwa cultural experience, learning traditional forest skills, music, and storytelling.

Day 8: Bwindi → Lake Bunyonyi → Entebbe (Departure)
