Travelmonke Tours was born from the enduring friendship of two passionate Ugandans, Ssemusu Khamis and Nsabiyunva Robert, who share a profound love for Africa’s incredible and diverse wildlife. With a shared vision, they dreamed of enhancing safari experiences in Uganda, a country often referred to as the “Pearl of Africa” due to its breathtaking landscapes and rich biodiversity. Together, they took the bold step of launching a unique safari and destination management company that aims to go far beyond the typical offerings found in the industry. Their primary goal? To provide unforgettable experiences that not only captivate the hearts of travelers but also give back to the land and the communities that make these incredible adventures possible.

Based in the vibrant and bustling city of Kampala, we specialize in organizing multi-day trips to some of Uganda’s most stunning national parks, including the renowned Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, the picturesque Queen Elizabeth National Park, the majestic Murchison Falls National Park, and the enchanting Kibale Forest National Park. Each of these destinations offers its own unique charm and opportunities for wildlife encounters.

For those who may be short on time but still eager for adventure, we also offer a variety of exciting day trips to many of these parks. Additionally, we provide thrilling expeditions up the breathtaking Mount Rwenzori, as well as journeys to the more remote and less-traveled Kidepo Valley National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, and Jinja, which is widely regarded as the adventure capital of Uganda.
